Chair Yoga — A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using the chair for support.
WERQ — Is the wildy addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat.
Yogalates — A mind/body experience that combines Pilates exercises with the postures and breathing techniques of yoga.
