We have added a new Precor Leg Press to the selectorized machine area of the Fitness floor! The angled foot plate and seat track provide an optimal user position that minimizes shear force on your knees. The oversized fixed foot plate provides a stable foundation for users of all sizes, and the weight stack uses a simple pin adjustment that you can easily reach from the seated position.

With more than 100 pieces of cardiovascular and strength equipment, plus a wide variety of resistance equipment, you will be able to complete your workout at Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center without having to wait for machines. Our nationally certified trainers are available to provide instruction on the proper use of our equipment to support your personal fitness goals.

Incorporating a variety of exercise equipment into your fitness routine increases your strength, endurance and functionality. Three separate categories of equipment—resistance, aerobic and functional machines—provide you with the tools you need to achieve your fitness goals. Our complete line-up of equipment includes:

Cleanliness is a top priority. In addition to encouraging members to wipe down equipment after each use, our fitness team is proactive in cleaning the equipment throughout the day.
