Along with regular exercise, proper nutrition is critical to reaching your personal weight loss goals. Registered dietitians and nutritionists from Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital offer individual and group nutrition counseling programs to teach you weight management strategies that will last a lifetime.

Wellness 180°™

Wellness 180° is a one-of-a-kind, nationally award-winning program, uniting a team of professionals to help you make the turn toward better health. Specifically designed for individuals with health risk factors such as heart disease or diabetes, this program helps you set realistic goals and provides the tools necessary to succeed in a supportive group setting.

We also offer a modified version of our nationally recognized program, Wellness 180°™ Lite, for individuals who would like to lose up to 15 pounds.
