Free for everyone—even caregivers!

Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center offers a range of Parkinson's Programming to adults with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers, including:

The medical fitness programs are designed for adults with Parkinson's disease who wish to participate in low- to moderate-intensity exercise. The support group welcomes both patients and caregivers.

All participants must check in at the front desk before attending each class. Participants can participate only in classes for which they are registered. Make-up classes are permitted with approval from the Wellness Manager. Physician Approval form is required.

All classes, except the Support Group, require a completed Health History Questionnaire prior to participation. The questionnaire must be completed once per calendar year.
