Athletes, individuals with chronic conditions and everyone in between can benefit from Private Yoga, which incorporates gentle stretching, mindful strengthening and breath awareness in an individualized environment. Our private sessions all begin with focused breathing and end with deep relaxation, which leaves you feeling balanced, calm and energized.
Private yoga sessions are held in our Mind/Body Studio and are scheduled by appointment only. Available sessions include private, semi-private and groups of two to four people. Each instructor tailors the session to meet your needs, which is ideal for focusing on a specific area of pain or discomfort.
