goal: reduce stress

Daily stress can take its toll on your health and wellness, but there are many ways to manage and reduce it. Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center offers many ways to lower your stress and improve your quality of well-being, including:

Group Exercise Mind/Body Classes

Classes such as Anusara Yoga, Pilates Mat and Adult Ballet increase your flexibility and core strength—and teach you relaxation and breathing techniques. We offer more than 130 Group Exercise classes weekly for all fitness levels and ages.
