Summer Fitness Challenge

This summer at Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center, it is all about you! Are you looking for something to do that will keep you active, healthy—and allow you an opportunity to earn prizes?

Join us for our Summer Fitness Challenge! From the time you step into the club until the time you leave, you will have opportunities to earn points that equal raffle tickets. These tickets will give you a chance to win one of our incredible prizes.


Registration: Monday, May 15 to Sunday, June 4
Program: Monday, June 5 to Sunday, July 16

Price of the program for members is $10.


One prize will be awarded per participant*.


  • Earn one raffle ticket for every 50 points received over the course of six weeks.
  • Participation sheets are available at the Fitness Desk starting Monday, June 5.
  • The instructor must initial the sheets in order to receive points for any of the classes or services.
  • Completed participation sheets must be turned in to the Front Desk on or before June 25 and July 16.
  • Progress will be posted at the end of the week of June 26 and July 17 on the fitness floor.
  • Raffle tickets will be distributed upon completion of the program.
  • Raffle prizes will be drawn on Friday, July 21, and winners will be contacted afterwards.
  • One prize per participant.
  • T-shirts will be given to all participants of the Summer Fitness Challenge.
