WFC is back! This year, our 8-week Winter Fitness Challenge (WFC) promises even more fun, flexibility and rewards to get you closer to reaching your wellness goals. Don’t need to lose weight? Then strive to improve your strength and endurance over the 8 weeks. This program is dedicated to kick-starting your 2019 fitness goals and to making an overall healthier YOU!

Registration is open now until January 7, 2018! Program begins January 7 - March 3, 2019!

What WFC Includes:

  • Up to 24 classes guided by professional certified personal trainers
  • Option to participate as part of a team or individually
  • Small group class setting with social support and ongoing encouragement
  • Guidance on eating healthy and food logging
  • Weekly weigh-ins to keep you accountable and help track your progress
  • Two body composition checks with our Seca machine – one pre-program and one post program
  • Bigger and better rewards, more prize drawings, and awesome WFC wearable gear!
