In our newest youth class at Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center, one of our Fitness Specialists will guide your child through a proper warm-up and cool-down routine using light weights, resistance training, agility, balance, reaction training and more. This class is intended for children seven to 12 years old.

|Saturdays||11:00 to 11:45 a.m.|
Complimentary for FitKids Club™ members. Classes will be held in FitKids. Please register children at the Front Desk.
