This four-week youth wellness program is designed to challenge youth in all components of fitness while building confidence and motivation.
|8–12 years old:
||Mondays from 2:00–3:00 p.m.
|13–16 years old:
||Mondays from 3:00–4:00 p.m.
Registration is $100, and space is limited. Register at the front desk.
- Monday, June 26 — Dynamic Warm-up and Upper Body
Learn how to do a dynamic warm-up along with exercises to strengthen the upper body.
- Monday, July 3 — Cardio & Core
Challenge your aerobic fitness and understand the importance of conditioned core.
- Monday, July 10 — Plyometrics & Lower Body
Plyometric training can affect power and performance along with lower body strength.
- Monday, July 17 — Agility & Balance
Get prepared for quick movements and test your body's coordination.
